The Diversity Career Network was established in 2004 by
Haniny Hillberg and Elisa Bender. Both Ms. Hillberg and Mrs.
Bender are very involved in the Hispanic community. They
identified a need to connect employers to qualified Hispanics,
bi-linguals and non-Hispanics.
The Hispanic Diversity Career & Resource Fairs are bi-annual
event taking place in April and October. Expect to see over 50
exhibitors at each event and over 500 attendees.
Our Mission
To connect Hispanics and others
seeking employment or career
change with local employers. At the
same time, connecting the Hispanic
and non-Hispanic community with
additional resources they may need.
